NYC Area Alerts ↗ is a personalized weekly email to track housing trends and displacement risks across any NYC neighborhood or political district.

What are Area Alerts?

Area Alerts are designed to help tenant organizers identify buildings within a selected geographic area where people face the greatest risk of displacement.

When someone signs up for Area Alerts, they will receive a personalized email each week, consisting of:

  • 5 select buildings to watch, based on trends in complaints, violations, and evictions

  • A single, select portfolio of buildings to watch

  • Vacate Orders in the area

  • Building Sales in the area

  • Litigations Against Landlords in the area
